School buildings are one of the significant facilities for getting everyday knowledge. The condition of schools is essential factor in influencing the school environment and should be evaluated; otherwise, the poor building condition will affect the teaching and learning process. Schools are used for a long time, and it requires extra care. School buildings are designed in a variety of sizes, shapes, and styles depending on the location, financial provisions, requirements specifications, and design style of the building at the time. The school requires a proper management system to achieve maintenance objectives. Effective school maintenance protects capital investment, ensures the health and safety of the students, and supports educational performance.
