Project Overview:

Maintenance is necessary even when building systems are designed and installed properly, since components have a limited service life. Also consider that some parts wear down faster due to their function; for instance, the bearings of a motor operating 24/7 can be expected to last much less than the wiring of LED luminaires. Maintenance planning has many similarities with project planning. Just like a project can go over its budget with poor planning, maintenance can become much more expensive. The purpose of planned maintenance is to minimize loss of productivity.

Life cycle costing is a method of economic analysis directed at all costs related to constructing, operating, and maintaining a construction project over a defined period of time. The optimization of the LCC of a project, construction or equipment, is essential for the complex decision-making process. The purpose of an LCCA is to estimate the overall costs of project alternatives and to select the design that ensures the facility will provide the lowest overall cost of ownership consistent with its quality and function.

First of first, We merged all of ours individual systems into one holistic integration system. We then came up with a goal and the scope for the integrated model. Various Scenarios for the maintenance strategy is then created after merging the individual maintenance strategies. We then analyzed these scenarios with the help of pareto frontiers. The aim of this analysis is to minimize the duration of maintenance and to maximize the distance the interventions. The timeline graph and the emission bar graph are then produced.
