Integration Context of the Civil Systems

Our integrated system encompasses a diverse range of infrastructure elements designed to cater to the needs of a vibrant community. Spanning across multi-story buildings, timber-framed residential houses, office buildings, a community multi-purpose building interconnected roads, and a railway network, this comprehensive infrastructure network ensures seamless connectivity, accessibility, and functionality for residents and visitors alike, building and accessible mixed-used neighborhood.

The systems and subsystems are listed as below and can be seen in Figure 1.

In our community, multi-story buildings serve as the nucleus of commercial and residential activities. These structures offer a mix of retail, office, and residential units, equipped with modern amenities and facilities to provide a dynamic living and working environment. The office building within our community serves as a hub for businesses and organizations, driving economic growth and employment opportunities.

Complementing the multi-story buildings are timber-framed residential houses, offering a diverse range of housing options to cater to varying preferences within the community. These houses blend traditional charm with contemporary design and are integrated into neighborhood settings, promoting a sense of community and belonging among residents.

The interconnected road network serves as the key of accessibility within our community, intricately linking residential and commercial areas (Figure 2). By prioritizing accessibility, our road infrastructure facilitates seamless movement, enabling easy access to essential services, recreational amenities, and community spaces. This commitment to accessibility fosters inclusivity and connectivity, enhancing the overall quality of life within our vibrant community.

Enhancing connectivity and accessibility is the railway network, which offers an additional mode of transportation connecting the community to neighboring areas. With strategically located stations, the railway provides convenient access to key destinations, reducing reliance on private vehicles and promoting sustainable travel options.
