Integrated Civil System

Office building

With the progress in time, the need for office buildings increases significantly because of the huge increasing of the  number of office workers. In Germany a research of Deutsche Bank was mentioned that the aggregate number of office workers is likely to rise by about 62,500 in 2021 and 92,500 in 2022, respectively. Moreover, regardless that the remote work may certainly reduce demand for office space considerably, the research expect that the demand for office space will remain high even if remote work becomes much more popular, and the traditional office to remain at the center of economic activity.

 Integration Context:

As known office buildings need to meet some specific structures requirements compared with other types of the buildings to provide the office workers with a comfortable workplace.

These requirements were the main guide of the integration process, in order to transform the design of the a normal building (one of the individual systems) into an office building by adding the other individual systems which contain some structural and construction works (Water Flow Glazing Façade Systems, Detached Garage, Timber Formwork).

The integration process has been clarified by having the ontological and the parametric modeling of an office building by combining the individuals systems in an effective and understandable way in order to give the user of this system a comprehensive and detailed view about the realization and design of this system.
