Within the 2nd personal project assignment the subsystem chosen for discussion was a battery as part of a pv-system. To conduct a life-cycle analysis, followed by a multi-criteria decision analysis, research had to be made to identify the height of the costs in terms of  energy, emission and water consumption. The results based on the type of battery being used are presented in table 2.5.1.
